Hello, I’m Terry Longtin, Certified Life and wellness coach for women who are ready to get their groove back! I have been in the beauty industry for 33+yrs, first working and teaching for Horst/Aveda, then renting behind the chair. I’m certified in Human Design, a graduate of Light Body & meditate regularly.

With all that being said, what I have learned through the years is, we are all living, loving & constantly learning to become a better version of ourselves in the different stages of our lives. We have all been patterned to look, act, or have the perfect job, & make “X “ amount of money. You get the picture.

I have learned while working behind the chair, coaching and doing Human design readings is that who we think we “should” be is not necessarily who we were meant to be. I believe we all have the answers inside of us we just need a little help finding out what is true for ourselves & how we were designed to flow through any stage of life.

While working with a coach & founding out my human design type, I was better able to understood myself & the easier life became, I wasn’t so self critical or doing the comparisons & competing. My life became a whole lot easier & I was happier….And so was everyone else around me! LOL!

Working with a coach to turn down the volume on all the “should’s” and tapping into our own inner knowingness is the most powerful and long lasting gift we can give ourselves. How you do one thing is how you do everything. The changes you make will have a ripple affect in all areas.
